Lwando Goxo is a (re)insurance professional with 5 years of experience in the industry. Currently works for Santam as the Reinsurance Underwriter. Enjoys travelling as part of his job and interacting with people of different culture to collaborate, drive innovation and enhance problem solving by bringing diverse perspectives to the table. He is also passionate about leadership and personal development as he also serves as a mentor for Edukasi NPO, an organization that provides mentoring, life coaching and mental wellness support to learners and youth primarily in the Eastern Cape. Within the IIWC, he serves is the Head of Treasury and an executive member of the organization. Outside work commitments, he is a football and cricket enthusiast.
