The Gangstar Team Member contributes to Gangstar Café’s success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Gangstar Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable Cafe environment. The employee is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Gangstar guiding principles.
The Gangstar Team Member supports the Gangstar Team by serving as general assistant and relief barista in the café, and at external mobile events as and when required. Whilst this Job Description sumarises the key elements of the job, this role offers general support to the business on a need basis.
