This form is for internal bookings for The Message Trust Only, please fill in the form and you will receive an email confirmation of your provisional booking. Our team will then assess the booking, check availability etc.

What time does the event start and finish? (i.e. 11am-7pm)

Please factor in set up and pack down time. For example, if your event starts at 6pm and you need the sound setting up at 4pm then please advise that the time of the equipment booking is at 4pm.

Extra Information

What type of sound do you need?

Small event (0-30 people – easily portable fender sound system. This is for talks, book launches and interviews)

Large event (30+ – Full sound set up ‘Session 4’ sound system. This is for instruments, performances and shows).

Please note that large events require trained sound technicians, please factor this into your plans. Please also note that we do not allow bookings for events for sound without a trained Message staff member.

How many Microphones do you require?
